Our client performs multiple (5 – 6) acquisitions per year with slow and non-standard integration of acquired companies. The client has a small IT team with limited platform integration/consolidation knowledge.
Solution
We developed preemptive migration methodologies for differing source platforms (Active Directory, Google Workspace/IDP, Microsoft 365, Exchange on-prem) including source discovery templates, migration project plan templates, and organizational change management content.
Result
Our migration methodologies reduced integration timelines saving licensing and management costs of IT environments and applications.
The client achieved uniform IT management and security policy across all subsidiaries, as well as the ability to predict IT integration costs on future acquisitions.
