Summary
Challenge
An existing client was divesting their home lending division to allow a sole focus on loan origination. The environment had to be up and running in 90 days, cloud native and migrate any required users/data/services. The loan origination application required to be virtualized quickly to allow loan officers to work from home (reduce physical office space and hiring across the US).
Solution
Our team developed a technical design and project plan for migrating resources to Azure (selected after a review of the client’s existing licensing and initiatives).
Result
Our team implemented all aspects of the migration into Azure within the target timeline and with all requirements met. Allowing the client to originate loans ahead of schedule. Our team is continually optimizing their Azure spend and enabling features to further support the business.
